A traditional, thirst-quenching ale like no other. With treacle caramel flavours and a hint of roasted barley, the perfect blend of classic taste and refreshing goodness.
We taken it up a notch by infusing this ale with New World Citra and Columbus hops.

A supernatural GF, Vegan friendly refreshing pale brewed with a combination of Fuggle and Aurora hops.

When it comes to brewing gluten free beer, we start the process in the normal way, then the removal of gluten comes later in the process through an enzymatic addition.

Deer Leap

Deer Leap is a deliciously smooth and malty amber beer. Zesty flavours of orange marmalade with a well rounded hoppy fruitiness.

Inspired by the legend of a phenomenal leap by a deer, is well known to old Mendippers.

Witch Way Home

Cascade hops punch in a light hearty grapefruit base with a fruity influx of Simcoe, Citra, Pioneer and Aurora hops, making this beer easy on the palate.

Our flagship pale takes its name from the famous Witch of Wookey Hole, Somerset.

CURIOSITY

American-style DDH IPA, Curiosity is mysterious and owes its smooth taste profile and golden orange like colour to a delicious blend of Yakima citrus hops and caramel malts.

Serpent of the Axe

A delicious, light and crisp pale ale. It's bursting with flavour, thanks to the extra pale malts and super fresh Pioneer and Aurora hops with a citrusy and tropical profile.

A legend of a conger eel around 30ft long, that lives in the caves. Many centuries ago, this eel wanted to be king of the river.

Halloween Rift
