But just in case, we have a 14-day 'talk to us' policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your goodies to get in touch with us so we can put it right. Even if you just don't like the taste, we would love to hear from you.
By law, perishable food-stuffs aren't returnable, and beer is pretty heavy so we wouldn't be expecting you to send it back to us. Instead, we'll have a chat and take it from there. If you need to send us photos or samples, we'll arrange it, and then we'll put it right. Our customers are our highest priority and we want you to love your purchase.
